Order of 24 February 2026 on the exemptions under Article R. 229-129(3) of the Environmental Code (Official Journal No. 0061 of 12 March, NOR TECM2530251A), adopted for the application of Regulation (EU) 2023/1805 “FuelEU Maritime”: exemption until 31 December 2029 for routes between ports of the outermost regions, and until 31 December 2026 for passenger vessels operating public service routes predating 12 October 2023 (notably Corsica-mainland) — the first French measure concretely implementing the “fuels” component of Fit for 55 for maritime transport.
