Order of 7 April 2026 on the issuance of maritime professional training certificates to offshore racing sailors (Official Journal No. 0087 of 12 April, NOR TECM2608972A), amending the order of 23 March 2022 to broaden the conditions for issuing the 200-tonne sail master’s certificate (Ultim, IMOCA, Ocean Fifty, Class40, Figaro, Mini 6.50), pursuant to the STCW 78 Convention.
