Conseil d’État, 7 April 2026 (dismissal of the appeals brought by Damylu and Supermarchés Match, Auchel project) — A building permit that also serves as a commercial operating authorisation, and is tainted by illegality, can be regularised while proceedings are pending by an amending permit that draws the consequences of a change in the applicable legal or regulatory framework, including where that change post-dates the first-instance judgment.
