Week of 29 June to 5 July 2026
Entry into application, on 1 July, of the tariff provisions of the Turnberry Agreement on the European side, as well as the temporary flat-rate customs duty of €3 per tariff category on small non-EU consignments valued below €150 (reform adopted on 26 March). As a result, France suspends, on the same date, the national tax on small parcels it had introduced on 1 March in anticipation of this reform; an additional EU processing fee (the “Union Handling Fee”) is announced for 1 November 2026.
