Week of 13 to 19 July 2026
On 13 July, the Council of the European Union definitively adopts a reform strengthening the rules governing airlines’ practices regarding delays, cancellations and passenger compensation. On 16 July, the CJEU rules in joined cases C-789/24 and C-790/24 (IMG v Commission) on the classification as an “international organisation” within the meaning of the EU Financial Regulation and on the non-contractual liability of the Commission in the management of trade development programmes.
