CJEU, 5 February 2026, Case C-619/24 (on referral from the Düsseldorf Finance Court): the ban on purchasing/importing/transferring goods under Annex XXI of Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 (Russia sanctions) applies without any need to demonstrate, case by case, that the transaction in question individually generates significant revenue for Russia, a near-irrebuttable presumption directly transposable to sanctions litigation applicable to the maritime transport of Russian goods. International day of dockworkers’ action on 6 February 2026 (including the port of Marseille).
