Week of 1 to 7 June 2026
During the month of June, the Council of the European Union formally adopts two regulations implementing the tariff commitments of the EU-US Joint Declaration of 21 August 2025: a principal regulation removing the remaining tariffs on American industrial products and granting preferential access for certain non-sensitive American agricultural and seafood products, and a second regulation extending, on an MFN basis, the suspension of duties on lobster imports from all countries.
