Conseil d’État, 5th and 6th chambers combined, 11 June 2026, No. 502265, published in the Lebon reports (“Regularised permit, cassation review unlocked”) : The Conseil d’État relaxes the conditions under which a building permit regularised while proceedings are pending can be challenged before the cassation judge, removing certain procedural constraints that had previously limited the scope of review exercised over amending permits granted under Article L. 600-5-1 of the Planning Code.
