A double entry into force on 1 May: the ordinance recodifying the French customs code becomes applicable, and the EU-Mercosur interim trade agreement (ITA) begins to apply on a provisional basis, without waiting for the outcome of the CJEU proceedings or the European Parliament’s vote on the wider partnership agreement.
