The reform of condominium governance remains at the heart of the debate: the Institut Janus presented a 160-page white paper to the National Assembly on modernising the law of 10 July 1965, feeding into discussions on a future legislative reform (pooling of management between small condominiums, professionalisation of syndic councils, revision of the secondary syndicate regime). No text has, however, been tabled before Parliament at this stage.
