Transfer of shares in civil-law companies (sociétés civiles) : Decree No. 2026-340 of 30 April 2026 on business formalities aligns the rules governing the enforceability of share transfers in civil-law companies with those applicable to commercial companies, simplifying the publicity formalities for such transfers.
