Law No. 2026-103 of 19 February 2026 on the 2026 budget — Published in the Official Journal of 20 February 2026, the budget law introduces in its Article 47 a new support scheme for new rental investment, known as the “Jeanbrun scheme,” applicable nationwide without zoning restrictions, for acquisitions made between 21 February 2026 and 31 December 2028. The text also includes several measures concerning construction and energy-renovation taxation.
