Implementation of the ban on telephone canvassing : Decree No. 2026-662 of 23 July 2026 specifies the days, times and frequency at which authorized commercial telephone marketing may be carried out once the ban on non-consented canvassing enters into force on 11 August 2026.
Cooperative audit thresholds : Decrees No. 2026-660 and No. 2026-661 of 23 July 2026 amend the thresholds triggering the mandatory cooperative audit requirement for cooperative companies.
