Civ. 3rd chamber, 12 February 2026, No. 24-16.401 : The existence of a co-ownership regulation is not conditional on its registration at the land registry: a regulation validly adopted by the co-owners is binding between them from the moment of adoption, land registration governing only its enforceability against third parties. A useful ruling for older co-ownerships whose regulations were never formally registered.
