Our Firm’s History
Founded by Hervé Guyader, the firm has distinguished itself through a personalised approach and recognised expertise across a range of legal fields, including international and business law as well as real estate and construction law. He began his career, at the start of his doctorate, in 1998, working as an associate to lawyers practising before the Conseil d’État and the Cour de cassation, while pursuing an academic career at the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (1999–2005), Valenciennes (2005–2006), and then Paris XI Paris Sud, now Paris-Saclay (2006–2013). This allowed him to teach most areas of private law, forging an academic rigour that remains essential to the most complex legal reasoning and case-building.

Année 2018
