Through the contact form, we collect: your name, your email address, the subject of your enquiry and the message you send us. This information is necessary to handle your enquiry.
Purpose of processing
Data submitted through the contact form is used exclusively to handle your enquiry and reply to you. It is not used for any commercial prospecting and is not transferred to any third party.
Legal basis
The processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the contact form, and on the firm’s legitimate interest in responding to the enquiries addressed to it.
Retention period
Data submitted through the contact form is kept for the time needed to handle your enquiry, and for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, unless a legal obligation arising from the record-keeping rules specific to the legal profession requires otherwise in the event of a client relationship.
Recipients of the data
The data collected is intended exclusively for Maître Hervé Guyader and his firm. It is not passed on to any third party, with the exception of the technical service providers required for the operation of the website (hosting provider LWS).

This website does not use audience-measurement cookies or advertising trackers. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the website may be placed.

As an avocat, Maître Hervé Guyader is bound by the professional secrecy provided for in Article 66-5 of Law no. 71-1130 of 31 December 1971 and in the National Rules of Practice of the French legal profession. Any information communicated in the course of a professional relationship is covered by this secrecy.
